The Bahia Principe Resort offers a total of 1,259 guestrooms which are distributed in three-story villas housing 18 rooms each.
The Bahia Principe Tulum section offers 774 rooms including 36 Junior Suites and the Bahia Principe Akumal section offers 485 rooms including 413 Junior Suites and 72 standard rooms.
Standard room amenities include fully-fitted marble bathrooms with a bathtub and shower, hairdryer, air conditioning, direct dial telephone, color TV with remote control, mini-bar and balcony or terrace.

La Gran Tortuga – Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner, Daily 7 AM to 10:30 PM – Mediterranean Cuisine. Features Mediterrean breakfast and lunch buffets and a la carte service at dinner. Four dinner seatings nightly. Reservations and proper dress required. Daily breakfast served 7 to 10 AM, lunch from 12:30 to 3:30 PM and dinner from 6:30 to 10:30 PM.
La Hacienda – Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner, Daily 9 AM to 11 PM – International Cuisine. La Hacienda is located in Hacienda Doña Isabel and features coffee service from 9 AM to 4 PM, buffet lunch from noon to 4 PM and delicious international cuisine served in elegant environment from 6:30 to 11:00 PM. Reservations required.
Las Olas – Continental Breakfast & Snacks, Daily 7 AM to 10:00 PM -Casual Fare. Situated directly on the beach, Las Olas serves continental breakfast daily from 7 to 10 AM and snacks including hamburgers, hot dogs, salads and much more until 10 PM.
Mamma Mia – Dinner, Daily 6:30 PM to 10:30 PM – Italian Cuisine. Four dinner seatings nightly. Reservations and proper dress required.
Tequila – Dinner, Daily 6:30 PM to 10:30 PM – Mexican Cuisine
