Philosophy Restaurant:
The term, from Greek origin, is composed of two words: Philos (“love”) and sophia (“thought, wisdom, knowledge”).
Thus, philosophy, is the ‘Love of Knowledge”.
Philosophy has the most incredible views over the blue sea during the day, and moonlit silver waters at night. Its decoration was conceived by an artistic and eccentric mind, creating a space that is unique, romantic and sarcastic at the same time. The menu features local ingredients and knowledge handed down from generation to generation in Mexico, combined with contemporary European cooking techniques.

Ambrosia Restaurant:
In ancient Greek mythology, ambrosia (Greek: Aμβροσία) is sometimes the food, sometimes the drink, of the Greek gods (or demigods), often depicted as conferring ageless immortality upon whoever consumes it.
Ambrosia is an Asian specialty restaurant, with dishes created by Chef Jonathan Carbajal and made with the best and freshest ingredients. Built entirely with recycled wood from Casa Malca’s renovation, it is decorated with works of art by the artist Keith Haring

Head of a mad man Restaurant:
The Beach Club, Head of a Mad Man has the name inspired by one of the works of Jean Michel Basquiat, which holds an important sentimental value for Lio Malca. The restaurant concept invites the guests to enjoy an excellent grill and the best sea food accompanied by a glass of rose which is the perfect combination for a beach day.
