Chablé Yucatán is built within a 750 acres property in the municipality of Chocholá, Yucatán, in the heart of the Maya world. Just 25 minutes from Merida International Airport, it is 35 minutes away from this beautiful and emblematic city. From Chablé it’s easy to visit the Mayan archaeological sites, cenotes, picturesque towns, beaches, biospheres and nature reserves, as well as the best museums, art galleries and handicraft shops of Yucatan.
Chablé Yucatán has 36 casitas and 4 family villas of exquisite contemporary design, with extensive living areas, terrace and private pool. Each one is completely surrounded by vegetation and is an intimate, spacious, loving and meticulously prepared universe for those who inhabit it.
The essence of Chablé lies in honoring local culture and beauty. It achieves this by integrating ancestral farming methods, the Ka’anche’s, by sourcing locally many of the ingredients of our kitchens and inviting guests to participate in various authentic experiences that allow them to experience first hand not only a manifestation of luxury, culture and good taste, if not the elegance of the Mayan aristocracy, as they would live in our days.
Every detail in the creation of Chablé has been meticulously elaborated, honoring and respecting the identity of the place. During its construction local artisans and artists were hired, thus supporting different communities.

All villas located within the exuberant Mayan jungle, with a contemporary design and harmoniously decorated with details and local woods, with indoor and outdoor living areas, always surrounded by natural beauty. All have a private pool and terrace with lounge chairs and armchairs.
All our rooms offer safe, complimentary minibar, luxurious bathrobes, sandals, sound system, pay TV screen, Wi-Fi throughout the resort, air conditioning, Nespresso coffee machine, iPad, organic and artisanal bathroom amenities, coffee service and pastries in the mornings and many endearing details.

Chablé’s gastronomic offer was designed by the renowned Chef Jorge Vallejo, recently awarded as the best Chef in Mexico, whose restaurant Quintonil occupies the 11th place in the list “The 50 Best Restaurants in the World” by S. Pellegrino. Under his leadership, Luis Ronzón, our Executive Chef, offers a unique dining experience in our three restaurants:

Ixi’im: “Corn” in Maya

A refined atmosphere, with a sophisticated menu that is an innovative mix of Mexican and local influences. The restaurant also has one of the largest collections of tequila bottles in the world. Our mixologist offers innovative cocktails and a customized wine list.
Ki’ol: “Healthy”. Breakfast, lunch and dinner al fresco. Ki’ol surprises diners with a wide variety of dishes ranging from local and traditional to international and exuberant.

Wellness Restaurant: In keeping with the holistic approach of our wellness and spa program, this restaurant at the Spa focuses on nutrition and healthy foods. Fruits and fresh uncooked vegetables, rich in living enzymes, are fundamental in our extensive menu of cold juices and plant extracts. In addition to a wide range of teas, bowls with super foods, and vegan and gluten-free options.
