Imanta’s impressive stone buildings rise from a hill overlooking the sea and appear as if they have been there for centuries. The seven spacious, luxuriously appointed Casas and Casonas offer stunning ocean and jungle views, private plunge pools, contemporary Mexican decor, intelligent lighting, wooden and natural stone floors, Jacuzzis, terraces, and lush gardens.

Casas
Five Jungle Casas, three Ocean Casas and two Oceanfront Casas each are 2,500 square foot one-bedroom suites with king size beds. Casas feature a living area, private terrace with a queen-sized daybed, infinity edge swimming pool except jungle casas and outdoor shower. Designed exclusively for Imanta, the sofa, desk, dining table, luxurious bed, double vanities and large closets add to the distinctive character. Modern amenities include satellite cable TV, iPod dock and music system, flat screen TV, wireless internet access. Casa is ideal for two adults, or two adults and one child.

Casonas
Luxurious homes feature 31.2 bathrooms, kitchen, bar, living & dining rooms, private pool, Jacuzzi, outdoor dining areas, and spacious terraces. Chef available on request.

Casona Los Templos is 9,000 square feet and features two master bedrooms with king beds connected by a 50- foot swimming pool. Each comes with a Jacuzzi and an outdoor staircase leading to its own private rooftop living quarters. On a terrace above the bedroom suites, a large outdoor living room and state-of-the-art kitchen spread beneath a beautifully designed grass palapa roof. Ideal for 6 adults or four adults and two children.

Casona Jaguar is 10,000 square feet and is located on southern tip of Imanta’s private beach. Two master bedrooms and one children’s room or library make Casa Jaguar Imanta’s most spacious residence. All three suites command magnificent views of the Pacific Ocean. A generous, high-ceiling living room graced by an entire wall of windows includes a magnificent dining area and bar. A wide terrace encompasses a 65-foot long swimming pool, outdoor dining area and grill, sumptuous daybed and reclining lounge chairs. Ideal for 6 adults or four adults and two children.

Two dramatically sited restaurants feature the very best ingredients of the region. Fresh local seafood, organic produce grown on local farms, premium meats and exotic tropical fruits from local orchards are exquisitely prepared by Imanta’s internationally trained chefs. Inspired signature cocktails, fine wine, imported and local beers as well as freshly made fruit juices are available in the bars and beach palapa. Fine dining restaurant located in the resort’s spectacular main building with sweeping jungle and ocean views, Tukipa’s menu changes daily highlighting fresh seasonal cuisine in an elegant presentation. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Serving delicious tapas, bar snacks, and creative cocktails, this spectacular rooftop bar enjoys panoramic views of the jungle and Mexican Pacific, a perfect spot for sunsets at the end of a perfect day.

Catch of the Day
Located under a gorgeous grass palapa on Imanta’s private beach, Catch of the Day is the perfect place to lunch with your toes in the sand. Featuring the freshest locally caught fish and authentic Mexican and Prehispanic dishes, Catch of the Day also offers a full bar that serves cold beer, Imanta’s signature margaritas, fresh tropical fruit drinks and other refreshing cocktails. Environment

Committed to preserving the extraordinary qualities of this property, internationally renowned architects and landscape specialists worked together to create an environmentally sustainable resort. Every effort was made to use organic materials such as wood and grasses for construction and decoration. Imanta is committed to all aspects of environmental conservation and makes every effort to create an ecologically responsible way of life. The buildings were constructed using stone cut from the property’s large pink granite boulders, the produce is organically grown, and all cleaning products are eco friendly. Imanta also makes use of energy-saving and resource-wise systems throughout, from the recycled and treated water systems in the gardens to the ”green” roofs on the buildings.
