For families, Winik´s Kids Club provides care and entertainment for children 4 to 12 years of age.

OCEAN VIEW DELUXE KING/DOUBLE
Boasts floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto an inviting terrace with breathtaking ocean views. Suites are located from the second to fifth levels in the residence area. Accommodations: King bed or Double beds, up to four guests, ideal for families. Area: King bed: 845 sq. ft. / 78.40 m2. Double bed: 810 sq. ft. / 75.02 m2 The Ocean View Deluxe Double conveniently connects to the Master Suite.

GARDEN JUNIOR SUITE
Boasts floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto a beautiful private terrace with a mangrove view and featuring an infinity plunge pool. Suites come with a King size bed with the option to include one rollaway bed and are located in the first level in the residence area. Located on the 5th floor of the residence area, this suite offers panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea. OCEAN SUITES
44 Suites in total distributed around the lobby area, a few steps away from Nizuc Beach, Reef Beach and main pool area. Accommodations in this category are adult-only (ages 16 and over). Accommodations: adults-only, up to two guests. Area: 950 sq. ft. / 88.33 m2

GARDEN POOL VILLA
Located just a short distance from the beaches and main pool area. Over 2,430 sq. ft. / 225.54 m2 features a bedroom suite set in a private tropical garden with an infinity pool and waterfall. Accommodations: one King bed, families with children 5 years and older, up to three guests.

GARDEN POOL VILLA WITH PAVILION
Located just a short distance from the beaches and main pool area. This villa measures over 2,750 sq. ft. / 255.30m2 and features a lounge pavilion connected to a luxurious bedroom suite. Set in a private tropical garden with an infinity pool and waterfall. Accommodations: one King bed, families with children 5 years and older, up to three guests.

NIZUC VILLA
The 5,380 sq ft NIZUC Villa provides grandiose accommodations in a private setting. The villa has 2,610 sq ft of interior space with a separate bedroom suite which boasts a spectacular 409 sq ft rooftop sundeck. The patio and entertainment areas are set in a lush 2,770 sq ft tropical garden with a stunning infinity pool. The suite offers a king bed draped in fine Egyptian cotton linens and blackout curtains for comfort and tranquility. The large bathroom features a freestanding deep soaking tub with separate rainfall shower , luxurious amenities and outdoor shower.

PRESIDENTIAL VILLA
The 5,550 sq ft Presidential Suite Villa offers grandiose accommodations in a private setting. This two-bedroom villa boasts 3,270 sq ft of interior space, a spectacular 409 sq ft rooftop sundeck and 2,280 sq ft of outdoor areas featuring an expansive lounge patio and space for entertaining, all set in a lush tropical garden with a stunning infinity pool. The Master bedroom offers a king bed and the second bedroom has two queen beds. Large bathrooms boast freestanding deep soaking tubs with separate rainfall showers, luxurious amenities and outdoor shower.
