JUNIOR SUITE

This oversized studio of 540 square feet, including balcony, has a comfortable sitting area with table and chairs, two double beds or one king bed is available upon request, a fully accessorized kitchenette with service for four, and a large bathroom with shower. Private balcony or terrace will have a pool and garden view. Ocean view can be requested but not guaranteed. Rates are based on 2 adults and up to 2 children age 12 or under. Additional adults or children will be charged an extra person fee. Maximum number of persons regardless of age is 4. No rollaway beds available.

LUXURY SUITE

This large one bedroom suite, 705 square feet, including the balcony, consists of two rooms. The bedroom has two double beds and its own TV in the armoire. The large bathroom with shower can be entered from the bedroom or hallway. The living room has a queen sofa bed, dining room table and chairs, and a fully accessorized kitchenette with service for six. The private balcony or terrace will have a beautiful ocean view looking towards Land’s End. Maximum number of persons regardless of age is 6. Rates are based on 2 adults and up to 2 children age 12 or under. Additional adults or children will be charged an extra person fee. No rollaway beds available.
